Reporting Business Changes

Reference: Minnesota Law, §268.042 Subd.1 (b)

Within 30 days of making any of the following changes, employers must notify the Minnesota Unemployment Insurance (UI) Program electronically using the Employer Self-Service System:

  • Any change of location or mailing address
  • Change of legal entity
  • Transfer, sale, or acquisition of a business conducted in Minnesota (in whole or in part)
