To cancel a pending payment:
Log in to your agent account

On My Home Page, click
Payment Information
.
Click
Pending Payments
.
Select the
Payment Confirmation Number
link of the payment to be canceled.
Enter the reason why the payment is being canceled, and then click
Submit
. A page will open indicating payment has been canceled.
