Paid Leave client premium rate download

To search for a file containing all of your clients Paid Leave premium rates:

  1. Log in to your agent account.
  2. On My Home Page, select Searches.
  3. Select Paid Leave client premium rate download.
  4. Enter date parameters to limit your search or leave date fields blank to search for all employer client Paid Leave premium rate files, and then select Search.
  5. Select the File ID link for the create date (date the rate download file was created) you want to view. (See example)

Example of how to read a CSV file. First row contains the Agent ID (A1), date the CSV files was created (B1), Year (C1), Taxable wage base (D1). Additional rows list your client’s Employer account number (column A), Paid Leave medical rate (column B), and Paid Leave family rate (column C). An exempt employer will have zeros listed in columns B and C. A small rate employer combined rate equals .66%.
