Paid Leave Premium Rate Notice mailing
When to expect your Premium Rate Notice for 2026
Employers covered by Paid Leave will receive their Paid Leave Premium Rate Notice by U.S. mail. The notice arrives in a separate mailing from the UI Tax Rate Notice. Most Premium Rate notices were mailed before January 2026.

Accessing your Premium Rate Notice online
- Log in to your account at www.uimn.org
- On My Home Page, click Correspondence.
- Click Search.
- Enter a date range. To search for all correspondence, leave the date range blank.
- Click Search.
- Click the Correspondence Number for the correspondence you want to view.

- First premium payments are due April 30, 2026.
- Your first premiums are based on wage detail reported between January 1 and March 31, 2026.
- You will submit quarterly Paid Leave premium payments through the Joint Unemployment Insurance - Paid Leave employer system.
