All wage detail reports must be submitted by the termination date. This includes the report for the quarter in which the account is terminated.
To terminate an employer account:
- Log in to your account at www.uimn.org
- On My Home Page, click Account Maintenance.
- Click Terminate Account. The Terminate Account page opens.
- Fill in requested information. (See example)
- Click Save.
- Review the address.
- Click Next.The Terminate Account Summary page opens.
- Click Submit.
