Employer self-service online and automated phone (IVR) system
The Employer Self-Service System (Web and IVR) will be down and unavailable due to maintenance on the following date(s) and time(s):
- Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience the system down times may cause you.
The following table shows when the online Employer Self-Service System is routinely not available:

Staff assistance is available on the telephone system at 651-296-6141 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
The employer IVR (telephone system without staff assistance) is available during the hours that the online system is available.
