When does my unemployment debit card expire?

An expiration date (3 years from the date issued) is listed on the card.

When will I get a new card?

A new card will be mailed to you by U.S. Bank one month before your card's expiration date. It will be mailed in a plain, white envelope. Instructions on how to activate your new card will be included.
